Some four years ago, the initiators of DeDAKKAS noticed the building was practically empty most of the time. What a waste! The forty-year-old facility might be one of the ugliest buildings in the city, but you won't notice it from its own rooftop. There you'll find the best view in town! Currently, the parking lot is being transformed, with a green facade and a brand new roof pavilion, in which guests can share beautiful moments this summer.
