Every Wednesday night the community of Taste Before You Waste gets together at Dokhuis Galerie on the Plantage Doklaan. A team of volunteers and professional chefs creates a delicious vegan/vegetarian surprise menu, with food waste from markets and shops. During WeMakeThe.City it's no different. Plate by plate Taste Before You Waste is sharing their passion for diminishing food waste and sharing a fun community. So bring your friends and an empty stomach!
