Buurtwerkplaats Noorderhof (local workspace Noorderhof) at the Sloterplas in Amsterdam Nieuw-West, is a place where all kinds of people can meet and develop. The Makersmarkt (Maker Market) is both a flea market and a market for people that make stuff. Visitors can browse for vintage treasures, join workshops and buy special handmade products. 

There will also be performances by local artists and at night you can roast marshmallows over an open fire. Buurtwerkplaats Noorderhof wants to maintain an intimate atmosphere and wants to show its beauty to all of Amsterdam.
