How do we produce enough high quality food in the region of North Holland to feed our expanding regional cities?

As a main partner of WeMakeThe.City, Rabobank has adopted the theme ‘Food in the City and its Region’. Important issues need to be addressed over the next few years. How do we produce enough high quality food in the region of North Holland to feed our expanding regional cities? Which technological solutions should we allow? Which smart logistic systems can help us transport our regional produce to the customer in a sustainable way, via specialised shops, (super)markets and restaurants? Which food innovations should we implement over the next few years?
